Firewall keeps disabling itself (Win XP Home Edition SP2)

Hi my windows firewall keeps disabling itself for some reason. I have to keep
on my toes and check it occasionally to make sure it is on. I use the free
zonealarm and McAfee antivirus. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Just a geuss but maybe zone alarm is shutting it down(not a good idea to run
two software firewalls), My Sygate firewall will do this.

It's def. your ZoneAlarm that is doing that.  My McAfee Firewall does the
same thing.
