I am running Radmin as a Power User, but when I stry to start the Remote
Administrator Service, I get an "access denied" error. I CAN run it as
Administrator, but need to have it run as a Power User.

Anyone have any ideas on how to make it run under Power User?

Thanks,

Ruteger

Hi

Relevant for Windows XP also:

HOW TO: Grant Users Rights to Manage Services in Windows 2000

For method 3 in the article above:

A new, bug-fixed version of SubInACL.exe is available for download here
(Win2k/WinXP/Win2k3):

SETACL (freeware) at http://setacl.sourceforge.net/ can also set permissions
on local or remote Win32 services.
