In Windows 98,95,etc.  there used to be a history folder so you could see
where a user went on the web.

What folder/file is that in XP?

The history folder, same as it was. (C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Local Settings\History)

By the way - this method is inaccurate, or I should say, easily fooled. If
this is a business then I'd suggest using a controlled internet gateway and
logging what goes on from there.
