hi i have 2 questions regarding the security, i have tried installing the
microsoft antispyware program i get this error

error 1312 cannot create the directory
c:\windows\installer\{536f7c74-844b-4683-boc5-ea39e19a6fe3} a file with this
name already exists please rename or remove the file and click retry or click
cancel to exit

and the second thing, well im gonna sound crazy but its true, every so often
i hear the words "Ill get you good" coming out of my speakers, then
everything crashes, is this a virus,
