I'm new to the community, and I have no clue on how to restore my Laptop.

One day I couldn't get to any web page, just got a security warningasking if
I wanted to download the site. I can log on to MSN. I can get my e-mails, but
not read them. When I enter the Start menue, I canät get into All Programs -
nothing happens.

I think I need to restore, but I don't know how, since I don't know that
much about computers.

Thanks!

My guess is that you have malware on your computer. At this point, based
on your post and your own assessment of your computer skills, take the
machine to a good local professional (not a BestBuy or CompUSA type of
store). Your laptop will have come with a manual or you can call the
mftr.'s tech support to learn how to restore it. However, you will lose
everything and the laptop will return to factory condition.
