I just updated approx 20 security and recommended updates on microsoft.com.
After reboot, everything was very small.  I mean tiny.  All my desktop icons,
web pages, email, everything tiny.  I can hardly read emails now.  I tried
restoring to prior to the update and it would not do it.  Any help would be
greatly appreciated.  Is this just a simple setting I can change or what?
Thanks!

Was one of the updates a display driver? Does the screen display go out to
the edge of your monitor or is the display in the centre of the screen only?
It sounds like either the screen resolution or the refresh rate has changed.
