Hi, I have perform the "shieldsUp!" test in www.grc.com and those 3 ports
appear to be wide open. Can you please instruct me how to close/stealth them ?

I have Windows XP Sp2 (Firewall and Antivirus ON), LinkSys Router is
properly configured based on Linksys feedback (chat session).

Please advise,

| Please advise,

Based upon those ports you have a Telnet Service and Web Services running for http and
https.

Since you will NOT see the PC behind the Router, you are seeing the Router, your Linksys is
NOT configured for greater security.

You have not defined both the Router model and its version number.

Generically speaking...

"Block WAN Request" - should be Enabled
"Remote Management" - should be Disabled
"Remote Upgrade" - should be Disabled

To further increase you LAN security, you should block both TCP and UDP ports 135 ~ 139 and
445 on the Router.

On my Linksys BEFSR81 v2 Router all of the above is set at the URL --
