How to restrict the access to all Internet Options on WinXP?

Please,
As everyone knows
How I can to restrict (remove) the users access to all Internet Options on
WinXP (either Admin. panel or Registry)?

Hi.

I don't know how to do it in the registry or by group policy, but
have used Doug Knox's XP Security Console to do it. Read about it her

For XP Pro, click Start, Run and enter GPEDIT.MSC   Note: the restrictions put in place here, will apply to all users of the machine.

For XP Home, or to apply restrictions to specific users, see www.dougknox.com, Win XP Utilities, Windows XP Security Console.
