Problem Deleting desktop icons for users even with admin rights

My mc has recently been rebuilt with XP and runs fine but only problem I have
seems that for 3 identities that are limited users all the icons on desktop
will not be removed when right clicked..even giving admin rights does not
remove..any help.. ?firtt post!

Have you tried re-syncing the content?  Media Player should go out and get new licenses, if necessary.

Check the permissions in their user profile folder\desktop under documents
and settings. By default the user would have full control permissions unless
somebody changed them. The link below explains more on changing NTFS/folder
permissions.  They would need full control or modify allow permission to
delete any files. Also if they are a member of a group that has deny
permissions to the folder they could be denied ability to delete the
