anti-virus

can someone suggest a good anti-virus software that is compatible w/ windows
security system? i have NORTONS but it is slow and does not run well w/ the
windows security. i spent alot on the norton's so something  w/ a free
download would be great! not askin to much am i?  I was lookin at the PC
clear, any comments?

I recommend NOD32, Kaspersky, or Avast (if you want free).
