I'm trying to find a complete list of xp processes from the ones
viewable from the program mgr.

The program 'autoruns' detects startups progs.
I used it and got a list.  It has a compare feature
so I want to compare my list with another list  that is reported to
be non-malicious for use within 'autoruns'.

I'm afraid you'll need to look up the individual programs, either by going
to some of the many sites I already gave you or by Googling the item's
name.

You'll have to do your own work to investigate each startup program to
determine to which software it belongs that you installed.
