After I downloaded Windows live one care, an error box came up and says "The
procedure entry point GetProcessId could not be located in the dynamic link
library KERNAL32.dll." Whats more, Windows cannot open KERNEL32.dll when I
requested it to open via Run located at Start. So, now I have downloaded it
and yet I am unable to install it. Help?
