I am trying to track down a warning message that has an
event ID : 40960. Source was LSASRV. I am trying to
find an article that addresses this warning.

Any ideas? I have been all over MS support knowledge
base and have found nothing.

Sounds like a Kerberos error.

and search on the error code 40960.
