I format my computer a lot and have recently upgraded to xp. i was wondering
if i ghost an image of my pc the way i like it with office 2003, visual
studio etc installed, and windows activate would i have have to reactivate
the software evry time i deploy the ghost image. It will be on the same
system with no hardware changes.

cheers andrew.

No, it should all work as before the ghosting provided there have been no
hardware changes.

OTOH if you transfer it to another mobo, or change too many components,
then it would need activating immediately, with no grace period allowed.
