BSOD at startup

Im building a computer with these specs:

ATI TV Wonder Elite
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+
Asus DVD Burner
Asus 16x DVD-ROM
Western Digital 250GB SATAII 16MB
2x gigaram 1GB DDR 433 (PC 3500)
DFI LanParty UT nF4 SLI-D
eVGA Geforce 7800GT OC

SO heres my problem, I keep trying to install windows XP MCE 2005, anf then
it comes to the part where your press enter to install, and r to repait, and
esc to exit. SO Whenever I press Enter or R and I keep getting this BSOD:

PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

I really need help, I would be very greatful if you coudl help me.

This behavior may occur if you have incompatible or bad RAM.
