I am currently running XP and dual booting with LInux.

I want to delete LInux and use that hard disk space for windows.

I know how to delete Linux and format the second disk. I need to know
how to setup the MBR to boot without GRUB.

On previous attempts GRUB looks for LInux, can't find it, and boot hangs.

Thanks for the help.

Stu, use the Recovery Console and the commands  FixMBR and BootCFG
/rebuild. For more info check here
