Hope this is in the correct group... I am using Altiris 6.5 Console to deploy Windows XP SP2 using WinPE 2005. When I boot up into WinPE Automation (from RAMDisk) I cannot see my system drive? ie I would like to copy folders to C:\WINDOWS before Sysprep runs using a VBscript but cannot access it??!... In WinPE the drives are allocated as follows: C: (name: BOOTWORKS) I think this is the MINNT directory? Has a PE iso file in there and some other files. X: This is the WinPE directory with i386 folder, etc. If I reboot into normal Windows, everything is correct?? I need to be able to access the C Drive in WinPE? Any ideas?? Nope, If altiris can lay down the image file the drivers should be correct, however, the altiris imaging software does not add a driveletter until rebooted...
