Recently, I purchased an OEM XP Pro. I thought it would automatically
upgrade my W2K. Is there any way that I can force it to upgrade?
Thanks ...

Unfortunately, the OEM version you purchased is only capable of
performing a clean installation of XP. It's meant to be
distributed with a new computer.

In order to do an upgrade you'd need either the full or upgrade
retail versions. This is the version you see at retail outlets
in a blue box.

Good luck
