I have a non OEM windows professional disk pre service packs and noticed at
first purchase that there was an internal flaw in the outer edge of the disk.
Over time it seems to have grown to the point that it is causing errors. Can
a backup or new copy be gotten from microsoft to replace there production
errored disk?
