I just reinstalled Windows Xp SP-2 this past week, and I'm having a major
problem with XPs Help and Support service.  It used to be if I wanted
information about a certain KB Article, then all I had to do was open Help
and Support, type KBXXXXXX in the box - and  press the green button - and
the article would appear in Help and support browser.

I've been trying all this past week, and "Microsoft Knowlege Base" still
shows 0  no matter what I type in.
