win vista to win xp

i am thinking of reinstalling win xp on a asus laptop as i can`t take how
slow it is anymore. as my ethernet card is for vista do i need to reinstall a
new driver for this card to work on win xp. the full name of this card is
realtek rtl8168b/8111b family pci-e gigabit ethernet nic (ndis 6.0) if so
where can i download it from. thank`s

If your Laptop came supplied with Vista, chek Asus site 'first' to ensure
winxp drivers are avilable for your model
