I am trying to install Windows XP 64 bit on a Dell xps 710 desctop.
The cd is read and starts loading the drivers, and then it BSOD's.  It
gets an error message "Stop 0x0000007B"

Can somebody help me out?

Isnt this one and inaccessable boot device error?

Are you loading the drivers for the HDD etc, I would guess being an XPS it
has SATA, which always caused me problems with xp, are you using the f6
option and loading drivers for the SATA interface at startup?
