How to create a Windows XP SP2 boot CD?

Hi!

We need to create a brand new corporate image of Windows XP, but when we
download it from the Microsoft VLS site, it is not a ISO image, but an .EXE
which extract all the setup files to a folder!!!

Now, how we could create a boot CD from that?
