I am trying to rebuild my computer due to too may issues to list.  So
everything is ready to go, execpt I can't get XP to complete the
installation.  It keeps cycling over and over after the "first" stage of the
install.  It reboots, then goes back to the "first" stage of the installation
phase; where I have to agree to terms (F8), etc.  Then it says I have a
previous verion of XP installed, so I keep re-installing the same thing over
and over.  Any suggestions?

After the first reboot, remove the CD from your drive.
