Explorer crashes when I rename files

Error  MICROSOFT VISUAL C++   abnormal program termination.

Sometimes it crashes when I am closing an Explorer window.  I always get the
same error

Also crashes when I right click on a file..................I get a runtime
error

Are you talking about Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer ?

Windows Explorer........

If I try to do a File rename or Launch and MPG it crashes.
