Unable to determine AT Service account information

I recently imaged a Windows XP lab using Ghost.  In an effort to fix the
issue where the machines were not correctly reporting to the WSUS server, I
ran newsid.  Well the machines are now updating correctly, but I can no
longer run Task Scheduler.  When I try to configure the AT service account I
get "Unable to determine AT Service account information".  Please help!

The scheduler logs says the following:
"The attempt to retrieve AT security account information failed; therefore,
the AT job did not run..
 The specific error is:
 0x8007000d: The data is invalid."

I have deleted the task, ran newsid again, and reinstalled service packs all
with no affect.  I have seen threads where a hotfix is mentioned but I have
been able to find it.  The following support articles don't pertain to Win
XP, and I didn't use sysprep in deployment.

Thank you for your time.

Someone has to have found a solution for this?  Does anyone know where to get
'systaskfix.exe'?  I have seen several threads mention it, but not where to
get it.
