Hi I am writing you from my friend's computer...My
problem is ---I can not getint my mail....it keeps
telling me that the Msoe is missing....Can you help.

  At some point, your installation of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer
were damaged. A reinstall or repair is very easy. You can run it by booting
from the Windows XP CD. Go to Repair Console.
  The tip above from the MS Knowledge Base is also very useful.
