Esc key

No mater what program I am in when I hit the Esc Key to
escape from the command I get the Startup menu.  Where
can I turn this off.  Thanks

  With the information you've posted, any suggestion would be purely
guesswork. Can you re-post your problem with:
a. The language of Windows XP you are using if other than English;
b. The language of the keyboard you are using, and at least its make and
model;
c. What applications are running at Startup;
d. The results of your last virus scan, and please ensure your virus
signature is current before you run it.
