my tool bar is huge taking uphalfmy screen how do i fix it

If you're referring to the Task Bar, right click on it, and choose Unlock
Taskbar.  Move your mouse to the top border of the taskbar, and it will turn
into an arrow with two points.  Click the left mouse button, and hold it
down.  Drag the taskbar back to the size you want, and let go of the mouse
button.  Right click on it again, and choose Lock Taskbar.
