NAV deleted a couple of XP files (HOSTDLL & SVCHOST) after being infected by the Welchia worm. My system is running fine at the moment. How do I re-install these files & are they important ?

Those files are safe to delete, dont worry about them.
those are the versions that the Welchia worm created for
it's own purpose.
you can also delete the Folder c:\windows\system32\wins
the WINS folder is where Welchia is stored, and is not
needed for anything.
