previous user profiles files are, but whe i try to open those folders (C:\My
Backup -- 04-10-06 1523\Documents and Settings) of the previous profiles the
access is denied, how can i have access to those files?

In XP Home you have to boot in safe mode to see the security tab. In XP Pro
you have to disable simple file sharing.

You take ownership of them.   Do a Google search with the terms "take
ownership XP" and you'll find lots of directions.

Just note that the process varies for XP Home or Pro.
