Help and Support not working

Last week I asked for help with "Help and Support" system not working.
Many comments and suggestion, but nothing worked.

Repair install (upgrade in place) was the only way out that worked.

Never did find a module bad or a Registry entry bad or missing. Re install
of the Help
system it's self did not work.

The Repair install works well if you have an install CD at the XP XP2 level
or else you
need to biuld the SlipStream CD (at the sp2 level).

You better have this on hand before you need it, it is very hard to do
with a partially disabled system.
