I have just spent a month trying to get Creator ver9 to work on my HP m7070n media center. Crashed computer, 3 clean uninstall/reinstall, updated firmware, px engine, etc. Did the ticket & Live Chat with Roxio, nothing worked so I have uninstalled it & reinstalled the RecordNow! ver7 that came with my computer. I nned help as the saving setting screen stay on & the computer does not shut down. I have read through some of the questions/suggestions here. Before I try UPHClean, what else can I try? I have so much work to catch up on, the though of a system recovery has me next to tears! Please send help. Why install the 3rd party junk,windows media can record video or audio with windows media encoder 9 series,the add-ons should be installed also.Roxio software was needed software about 6 years ago,since that time it has no place in xp and most users who install it end up here with questions and error problems.
