When we upgraded to Internet Explorer 7 for some unknown reason Java
disappeared from the computer. We downloaded the Sun Microsystem java but
still the games on pogo.com will not open. Tried re installing IE 7 to no
avail. What should I try now?

MS Java VM was prohibited by a court decision. If you lack the MS Java, the
MS update site will refuse to give you an update for it. see
