NO SOUND AFTER CRASH

I have no sound from any source after a systems crash.

Any help ?

Could the registry be corrupted ?

I suppose that depends on what you mean by crash

Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight all the sound devices,
Action menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device drivers
again automatically.
