Hi, I installed a trial version of Bitzipper 5.0.1 a few months ago and since
the trial period expired I haven't been able to uninstall through ad or
remove programmes. I get the message:

File "C:\Program Files\BitZipper\unins000.dat" does not exist. Cannot
uninstall.

I really want this off my computer as it's taking up space. Can anyone help?

I would delete 'BitZipper" from the Program Files. Then, run regedit and
search for BitZipper and delete it.
Have you done a search for 'unins000.dat? Or, just 'unins000?

Thanks a million! I looked in Program Files and found the BitZipper folder,
deleted everything I could from there and searched for 'unins000.dat', found
that and deleted it. Finally, I was able to remove the BitZipper details in
Add or Remove Programs. You're a star!!  :)

Seems like you have deleted some files from it. I would suggest that
you re-install the trial version, and then uninstall immediately
afterwards. That should solve the problem.
