when i start up error

when i try to start up i get 2 boxs

1st box
error
fatal execution engine error (0x7927f26e)

2nd box
hpqthb08.exe-common language runtime debugging services
process id=oxa7o(2672) , thread id=oxa78(2680)

I RUN XP 2.2PACK I THINK

Your Net Framework files may be corrupt.
Here are some instructions I found from Microsoft that may assist in fixing
the problem. Please try this:
Download and use the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility to uninstall .Net
Framework and any Hotfixes for it.

http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...BD/msicuu2.exe

Then try re-installing .Net Framework.. You need at least 1.1:

-034D1E7CF3A3&displaylang=en


and you may also want to install 2.0:

What HP products are you using?

hpqthb08.exe is part of an HP software application. The solution is
probably to uninstall and reinstall the software or to update drivers.
