Go through these Cleaning steps:
1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Tabs:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[  ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.

And remove the entry from here:

Locate this key:
[-]HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run = look in
the right pane/window and remove the entry for it
"C:\windows\sysstem32\uptnxbkn.dll"

Run disk cleanup and defrag in safe mode. Then run this command:
sfc /scannow

it may be a good
thing because what
the message is letting
you know is that the
dll needed by some
program trying to run
cannot find it anymore.

it may have been zapped
by your antiviral.

however, there may also
be a possibility that the
dll is something you actually
need but the antivirus zapped
it because that dll was not
recognized.

the key thing here is to find
which program is starting and
subsequently trying to load
that dll.

if you click on start>run>msconfig

after you enter and run msconfig
there will be some tabs available
to view.

go to the start up tab and see if
there is a program that may be
linked to that dll.

it would be a program that ultimately
failed to run since it cannot load
that dll.

if you find what the program is
then you might try to uninstall
it "or" if it is a program you actually
need then you will have to reinstall
it.
