ntldr missing

Don't know how to make boot and I don't have an installation disk.  Could you
please help.

get a knoppix or ubuntu cd. Start PC immediately when it starts press
a few times F8 and start from CD. You will get access to all files on
your PC

First, if your system has a floppy drive, verify that you didn't leave a disk in
the drive. If so, remove it and then restart the system.

If the above does not apply, post back with more info about your system and the
level of your computer expertise (some solutions may be beyond your comfort
level).

Some other possibilities are detailed in the following article:

Windows may not start and you may receive an "NTLDR is missing" error message if
Windows is not up-to-date and there are too many files in the root folder
