Can anyone help me I am unable to dowload SP2 because of the Access denied
thing. Have tried everything that has been posted on here and it still will
not work. My iPOD shuffle will not work because iTUNES needs to update and
can`t because i can`t dowload SP2. Is there anything else I can do or
download without haveing to download the whole of SP2. Thanks

Did you know SP3 is now available?

thanks, I did know but wasn`t sure if I could download it. I thought it was
only for vista. So is it ok for me to try and download SP3 have tried all the
links that have been given,
