recovering deleted files

hi,
my system hanged and i had to restart it . as a result i was not able to
backup the outlook express files and they got deleted and i dont have  backup
also. iwantd to know how to recover the deleted or corrupted files . i have
almost 1500 official mails to retreiveincluding sent mails,drafts etc..
is there a way to recover the files ?

You can try to recover Outlook Express files with Easy File Undelete:

It uses unique modern algorithms to recover files that other software
either recovers incorrectly or is unable to detect.
