I have been having problems when changing identities using outlook express 6.0
When it opens to the new identity the area where the messages are displayed
is blank. Also part of the top toolbar is missing and you can see my desktop
behind it. I then need to close it and re open it once again to be able to
display this information. When I try to close it I get a message that OE has
encountered a problem and needs to close....... (More info = ERROR SIGNATURE
AppName:msimn.exe APPVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName : unknown
ModVer:0.0.0.0 Offset:0411fcgb
Then there is a link to view technical information about the error report.
I tried to copy and paste this but was unable to do so. I did note that
under system information it says Windows NT 5.1 Build: 2600
I hope I have provided enough information for you to help me as this has
been happening for quite some time.
Also when I open it the 3rd time it opens normally.

Search for msoe50.inf (The default location is the hidden folder
C:\Windows\Inf ) Right click the Msoe50.inf file, and click Install. Insert
XP CD when prompted, Browse to the I386 folder, click Open, then OK.
