this stuff comes on when I turn computer on
Boot from CD:
NVIDIA Boot Agent 201.0440
PXE-E61:Media test failure, check cable
PXE-MOF: Exiting NVIDIA Boot Agen
Disk Boot Failure, insert system disk and press enter.
What disk do I need? I don't have any system disk for my computer so how do
I get one?

You have a CD left in your drive, and it's not a bootable one. Remove
it and it should boot normally from the hard drive.

I think that means that the hard drive cannot be found to boot from. Are you
sure the hard drive is OK. It could be the drive is faulty. You need to
download a boot disk like knoppix, you download the image and burn it to a
CD. Then boot from that, from there you can see if you can browse the hard
drive. If no then the drive is faulty and need to be replaced.

You should describe your equipment and configuration.
PXE (Preboot Execution Environment) is a method for installation of OS
images across a network.
