I have an AMD XP2200 PC that I built with a DVD drive.
When I play some videos (such as .wmv movies or eduction
videos using QuickTime) the PC freezes after playing for 5-
10 minutes.

In addition to the XP2200, I have 512 RAM and I am running
Windows XP with the latest service pack.  The DVD drive is
a generic drive.

Any suggestions?

Here is more information:

My original video card was a Xtasy Everything, I have
since replaced it with an ATI Rage Pro 128 that I had.
The video still locks up the PC.

I also completely reformatted and reloaded Windows XP.  I
also tried copying videos to harddrive and running from
there.

Nothing seems to work.

I really need help!

Thanks.
