capture video from CBS video?

Does anybody know of any program that I can buy that save news video like
CBS News Video.

Take a look at this site--read some of the articles to see what's
involved in capturing video(hardware as well as software).

what I meant was copying video from their website. ie CBs news video
website. I have tivo for the live stuff. But I want to save video of their
website. I wonder if there is a program out there I can buy.

Can you be just a bit more specific? Do you want to capture to disk the video
as it is being played on the CBS TV broadcast or is the video you want on
their website?  If on their website, is there a link to the video file or
must you play it online to get access to it? If you must play it, then
Windows Media Encoder will do the job for you and it is available here-
