How do I capture video that I am watching / streaming video etc ??

How do I capture video that I am watching, streaming video etc like
the vids on YouTube, YouPorn, etc etc...it really sucks sto only watch
a video once but then have to go back to a site to watch it again,
etc....How to save copies of videos? Please email a reply if you
can.....thanks in advance!!!

A free software is also available (http://youtubedownload.altervista.org/)
which can download video from youtube and it can also convert video in other
formats.
I am another volunteer.
