I am have my own website where I upload videos to the site of HS sporting
events. I have found that someone else is downloading my videos from my site
and then selling them for profit. How can I put something on the screen of
each video giving a copyright of where the video came from (ie my web
address). I am using windows movie maker.

Yeah, just a simple title over the video. Onscreen the whole time to be
safest.

Also, do you think that you will follow up the person who is stealing from
you? You can prove that they are your videos and the date they were created,
added to your site, etc. so you should really do something about it.
