Hello Jackie

Jackie These are the steps I went through
1. Connected video player to computer and copied to
computer disk
2. I then copied it onto a DVD disk but forgot to
finalise the DVD disk hence I can play it in the computer,
so until I finalise it it will not play on the T V DVD's
player, and the worst of allI know longer have the video.

The answer to your question is
You need to know what your DVD will play + or - or will
it play all formats as for example your DVD disk is DVD+R
it will on play on a + DVD player or if your DVD is a
multi format it will play, but if your DVD that you have
is not Finalised it will not play on your TV's DVD, but
will play on your computer.

Hope this helps.
