Please help with this issue.

With my new computer, running XP, I have been totally
unable to view the "After the Show" video clips on the
OPRAH.com site with either Windows Media Player 9 or
RealAudio (latest version).  When I click on the "watch"
button, the little screen on the left goes white, and
nothing comes up - as if I did not have a media player on
my computer.  I have also encountered this problem in
attempting to view video clips on the ABC and CBS sites;
however, the NY Times, National Geographics, and
Movies.com sites work fine on both players.  I can get
the OPRAH video on the computers at work, although I am
unable to watch there, so it does not seem to be a
problem with the site, itself.

I have written to the web site involved about ten times
over the last month, and no one has responded.

I have spoken to the computer manufacturer's techs at
length, but they have not been able to sort out the cause
of the problem.  They suggested asking someone at
Microsoft.

Can anyone suggest any solutions to this problem?

Thank you.

Sara

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your message.  Unfortunately, even though I
did exactly as you suggested, the little area where the
screen should come up goes blank, just as before.

Can you think of any other way to get the video clip to
play?

Sara
