I have XP home version running Bullgaurd virus protect and Yahoo spyware. If
someone sends a video clip to me (yahoo e-mail and browser) I can hear it,
but there's no picture. Please help. Thanks.

What is the file extension of the video clip in question?

As Cari notes... Need to know the extension for better help, but willing to
guess it is AVI which means you need the Divx codec or if Mpeg, it might be
done with the Ensharpen codec (especially true if it is a tutorial or screen
capture example which is probably using Camtasia.).
